Bio
Juan is the Head Coach and Owner of Social Garden CrossFit and has been a part of the CrossFit community since 2009. Juan is passionate about bringing health and wellness to the local community and truly showing what a CrossFit community is all about. Juan has been a Head Coach at various CrossFit affiliates throughout his years in Laredo, San Antonio and now Mission, TX.
During his down time, Juan enjoys playing chess and making some great South Texas Carne Asada.
