Our CrossFit Foundations class begin weekly on Mondays and are facilitated by our Owner & Head Coach. Schedule below.  Class size is limited to 5 per week!

Feel & Be Better

 

During your On-boarding you'll meet the team, our members and toured the facility but you'll also learn the 9 Foundational CrossFit movements and any modifications if required.

    Meet with our Head Coach and discuss personal goals and expectations.  Learn about Social Garden CrosFit and learn 3 of the 9 Foundational movements that you’ll be using in group classes.
