Health and Fitness has been an important part of my life. I started CrossFit back in 2015. I later obtained my CF-L1 to gain more knowledge and to be a better athelete. I have learned that working out in a CrossFit community encourages you to push yourself to new limits that you didn’t think were possible. Being physically active has allowed me to keep up with daily activities and maintain longevity. Along the way I have met a lot of new people and developed new friendships. My background in Health and Fitness allows me to share my fitness experience and knowledge with others in promoting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
